Talk it through with the Sagori interviewer, or send the plans, notes and videos you already have. It comes back as drills, principles and coaching cues for you to check.

Your organisation’s knowledge stays within your organisation unless you choose to share it more widely.
- Keep it when people move on
When an experienced coach or teacher leaves, what they built stays with the organisation. You can also make your library club-only, so it stays with you alone.
